 Frequently Asked Questions

  • The HeartHealing® session will take place on Zoom. You’ll need to have a quiet, calm environment where you won’t be interrupted and I will need to be able to see and hear you throughout the session. Sessions normally last about an hour.

  • Each session is generally around 45 minutes to an hour.

  • Of a sort. HeartHealing® is its own type of therapy, integrating different methods including somatic healing theory, psychodynamic theory, meditative journeying, and inner child healing.

  • Absolutely! Regardless of your status as an entrepreneur, HeartHealing® can help. We have all had experiences that have impacted our heart, whether that’s a loss or trauma, feeling rejected or betrayed, judged, unsafe, not accepted, abandoned, not worthy or not enough in some way. We learned to put walls up around our hearts to stop us from feeling that pain so intensely again. But in doing so, we also created energetic blocks to receiving the unconditional love, success, and abundance we truly desire. HeartHealing® helps break down those walls.

  • In the Ultimate Success Package, in addition to the HeartHealing® session, you also receive 2 business coaching sessions. These calls can be customizable, but for the most part we’ll focus on the main wound that was addressed during the session and how it was holding you back. We’ll strategize and implement a plan to take your business to the next level.
